Grissini 推出 Pio Cesare 美酒及白松露晚宴

香港君悅酒店意大利餐廳 Grissini 將於11月16日，邀請來自著名意大利比蒙 Pio Cesare 酒莊的 Mr Pio Boffa，主持獨家的餐酒晚宴，配上Grissini 主廚Chef Vittorio 特別設計的白松露菌餐譜，讓客人盡嘗美酒佳餚。

開設於1881年， Pio Cesare 酒莊盡享比蒙自然氣候及地理的優勢，因此能從Barolo 及 Barbaresco 酒區釀製出質素卓越的餐酒。Pio Cesare 的孫兒 Pio Boffa 成功地把現代的釀酒技術引入酒莊，以釀製成優雅幼細、酒香獨特的餐酒。

與 Pio Cesare 美酒互相揮映的將是由Chef Vittorio 預備的白松露菌美饌。他喜用同樣來自比蒙的 Alba 白松露，因它品質上乘，香氣濃郁樸鼻，味道獨一無二，能和諧地提升菜式的味道。

Friday Wines Tasting - The Wines from Italian - Dezzani

Dezzani is a family owned company and was founded in 1934 by Luigi Dezzani, a genuine Piedmontese “Barberist" Today, the Dezzani family owns vines in the Monferrato Hills (where the great Piedmonntese wines are grown) that are located in the province of Asti in the Piedmont region. Dezzani also owns other vineyards in the province of Alessandria and Cuneo.Piedmont has been famous for winemaking for thousands of years. Piedmont means “at the foot of the mountain” (the Alps). This region is located in the Northwest of Italy and is renowned for its red wines including the famous Barolo. The lighter red wines produced are produced from Barbera grapes.

The Barbera is the grape used in over 50% of Piedmontese vineyards. Barbera is Italy’s most common grapes. This grape produces deep purple wines with high level of acidity but with plenty of fruits. In Italy, when family business like Dezzani makes Barbera, the character of the grape is likely to be pronounced.

Egon Muller & Istvan Szepsy

Egon Muller 和 Istvan Szepsy 的大名無人不知，前者的 TBA 被喻為稀世珍釀，後者則是復興匈牙利國酒 Tokaji 的改革先驅。這兩家品牌的香港代理商最近舉辦一場品酒會，參加的不是大飯店的侍酒師，就是餐飲部的主管，他們都很積極發問，希望多了解德國酒和匈牙利 Tokaji 的特性。

簡單筆記如下：

2003 Joh. Jos. Prum Riesling Spatlese Wehlener Sonnenuhr
淡黃色、帶著榴槤、芒果及香料辛香，口感酸度低，餘韻短，簡單。

2003 Joh. Jos. Prum Riesling Kabinett Wehlener Sonnenuhr
淡黃色，邊沿泛青色。很濃榴槤和礦物香，口感有少許氣泡，酸度低，簡單易喝。

2003 Schloss Johannisberger Riesling Kabinett Rheingau
青黃色、水梨和青草香，口感果味濃郁，餘韻長，不俗。

2002 Schloss Johannisberger Riesling Spatlese Rheingau
金黃色、汽油香味明顯，口感單調，一般。

2004 Egon Muller Riesling Kabinett Scharzhofberger
淡金黃色，桃香很濃，口感比Qba乾，餘韻有點苦。

2004 Egon Muller Riesling Spatlese Scharzhofberger
淡金黃色、香青，Soap和蘋果香味，雖然香氣不吸引，但口感甜酸度平衡，好喝。

2004 Egon Muller Riesling Scharzhof
淡青黃色、石榴香吸引，入口微甜，餘韻的酸度很清爽，好喝。

2004 Dr. Loosen Villa Lossen Riesling
亮麗的淡黃色，只有汽油味，入口微甜，其他果味欠奉，酸度低，一般。

2003 Istvan Szepsy Szent Tamas Grand Cru Furmint Hungary
淡黃色，木桶香氣很濃烈，帶有桃香，口感很濃，有芒果味和礦物味，但餘韻有點苦。

2002 Istvan Szepsy Tokaji Cuvee Hungary
黃金色，充滿石榴、芒果和蜜糖香氣，口感酒精度很嗆，餘韻尚算不俗。

2000 Istvan Szepsy Tokaji Aszu 6 puttonyos Hungary
金黃而邊沿帶琥珀色、質感如油，蘋果、杏仁、芒果、香青、蜜糖香很吸引，口感甜度如蔗糖，酸度在餘韻才顯現，好喝。

鄧醫生

雖然大暑已過，但氣溫依然高企，天時暑熱，在室內空調，室外悶熱的環境下兩邊走，渾身不自在。這幾天喉嚨腫脹，四肢無力，急忙求診。

鄧醫生可是我們兩口子的家庭醫生，相識十多年，比老婆更熟悉我的身體。甫走進診療室，鄧醫生劈頭便說：「是時候回來了，你老人家每年這個月也回來探望我，不是風寒，就是感冒。」

「來，伸出左手，讓我把脈．．．．你的脈象很亂，最近很煩躁嗎？張開口，讓我看看喉嚨．．．腫脹得很厲害，不要吃得太辣。舌頭顏色暗淡，呈淡綠色，最近沒有喝藥茶嗎，你很濕熱！沒有大礙的，是普通感暑而已！」

「感冒和感暑有什麼分別？」我走進診斷室的第一句說話。

「感冒是寒冷天氣會令體內寒氣增加而生病，感暑則是天氣太熱令體內的火氣上升，出現多汗身熱，頭暈頭痛、心煩口渴、喉嚨腫脹、四肢疲乏。」他解說。

「怎樣治療？」第二句說話。

「少說話，多喝水，多休息，多做善事！」他說。

「那你會如何處方？需要藥引嗎？」第三句說話。

「當然是服西藥，我是西醫嘛！Paracetamol，Lysozyme，Bedaramin．．．．」鄧醫生很認真地說。

我無話可說。
