澳門一天遊

年初三往澳門走一趟,
先在港澳碼頭對面的賽車場吃意大利薄餅,
喝了一杯 House White Wine,猜不出品種,
侍者只說是來自葡國,其他資料一概不知.

其後到過剛落成的漁人碼頭,
又去金沙賭場碰碰運氣,
再走上松山燈塔看澳門全境.

松山一帶都是舊城區,
從二龍喉公園徒步返回巿中心,
兩旁的建築都是樓高四,五層的陳舊住宅,
理應式微的糧油雜貨店仍然成行成巿,
感覺如同兒時的上環,西營盤和石塘咀,
除了賭業興旺和新區發展較為迅速之外,
澳門舊城區這些年來好像變化不大.

來到澳門,好歹都要吃一頓葡國料理,
在媽閣廟附近都有不少知名的葡國餐廳,
這晚我們挑了有好幾十年歷史的船屋餐廳,
準確說,應該是船屋挑了我們,
因為假期的澳門,滿目遊客,
又適逢農曆新年,澳門人都出來喫餐館,
所有餐廳酒樓都擠得水洩不通,訂檯全滿
船屋也如是,我們準備離開之際,
剛好有客人提早結賬,老闆便讓我們一行五人擠在四人檯子用餐,
葡國雞,腰豆燉豬腳,海鮮燴飯都好吃,
香蒜馬介休更是一絕,可惜我們沒有點酒,
若有一瓶葡萄酒酒,這頓飯就更加完滿.

船屋o既水準都唔錯特別佢個紅酒燴牛尾入味好食,比起之前o既(乙水)仔果邊d咩青蛙,木偶,公雞好好多....

有餚無酒, 少有, 少有 .... 8-P
「好歹都要點一枝啦」, 況且叫支佐餐用葡國酒都唔會太貴 ...
可能 dee 爺飲 Musigny 飲到咀刁晒咯, 吃吃?(逃)

Have you tried Afonso III before? IMHO, it's rather authentic. For the wines of 05 you mentioned, I've tried the vega sicilia unico 86 at the annual dinner hosted by the hk wine society few yrs ago. Tasted side by side with Margaux 86, less complex and not the class as margaux. I'm also a fan of haut brion but just tried 83(medium-bodied,balanced but not special),86(full-bodied, long aftertaste, surpassed the lafite 83 in the same occassion),87(though a wet vintage, the taste of tobacco is so unforgettable),94(quite powerful with trace of bitterness, may be the wine of vintage, better than lafite,latour,margaux & lafleur). latour61

當然, 酒與酒比較, 總會有高低,
所以我也是用wine that impressed me in 2005.
haut brion 是我最喜愛的酒莊之一,
質素穩定, 而價錢亦不像其他五大般上漲船高!

Agree. Just finished reading les gouttes de dieu. More interesting for the readers who have more wine knowledge. Say, Michel Rolland , the godfather of the modern wine-making, really changes the world of wine. His formula: late harvest+low yield+new oak latour61

Opened 2 bots of wine at tonight's family gathering. 1. Dom Perignon 96-strong yeast nose,beautiful bubbles,medium-full bodied but hollow mid-palate with hints of bitterness,won't improve a lot for further ageing, I think. 2. Lafleur 94 again-after tasting the champagne, the wine became very light,tannin melts away,just as Deetsang said, the wine is declining, very disappointing. Latour61
