I am delighted to inform you that on Thursday, 29 June, Restaurant Petrus will host a horizontal wine tasting dinner featuring the successful, but underestimated 1983 Bordeaux. Paired with a noteworthy selection of wines, chef de cuisine Sebastien Ehret will prepare an exquisite dinner which is priced at HK$3,588 per person. Price is subject to 10% service charge
