Acclaimed Winery Chef Rachael Levine Brings California's Best Produce to The Bostonian

As the Executive Chef of R.H. Phillips Winery in California, Chef Rachael designs her menus around seasonal fruits and vegetables from the earth of her estate gardens and nearby organic farms to complement the wines of R.H. Phillips Winery . For this special engagement at The Bostonian, Chef Rachael is preparing over 20 dishes for lunch and dinner based on her ?California fresh cooking philosophy that encourages diners to taste the true flavors of each ingredient.

And those who believe good food cannot go without a good wine, Chef Rachael will personally host a special Wine-Pairing Dinner on May 16, 2006 to showcase a few hand-picked fine wines together with her signature dishes. Due to limited capacity for this unique evening, reservations are strongly recommended.

Price is HK$798 per person (subject to 10% service charge).
