標榜是法式料理，
食材用料一般，
特別是海鮮的鮮度稍低！
但吃得出廚師在調味方面很用它茬B理肉類方面還算可以．
青檸雪葩和蘋果薄批很好吃！
侍者對葡萄酒似乎認識不多，
酒單裡的選擇有限，
而又缺少 Burgundy 杯子，
不過侍餐服務也算稱心．

Someone told me Cest'Bon is better.
也有老友說 cest bon 比 la parole 差很多,
但我未喫過, 不能給意見.
I didn't try both restaurants also, as you said"不能給意見". My friend suggest me to have a try the "La Villa" in TST East. The food taste a bit complicated. But sorry they only have a small wine-list which is hard to fulfill the connoisseur like you!
