鯉魚門「琦旺」+「海景」




酒友建議到鯉魚門找家收費合理的酒樓吃海鮮,
一行8人(6大2小)深入鯉魚門舊街,
先到球場附近的「琦旺」選海鮮,
再往對面的海景海鮮酒家就座,
魚檔老闆勸我們不要點太多菜式,
選5-7人的海鮮套餐便足夠有餘,
每位收 HK$198。

今天我們選了6款常見的海鮮和做法,包括:
- 豉椒炒聖子皇
- 椒鹽瀨尿蝦(蝦牯)
- 清蒸鮑魚
- 清蒸青班
- 油鹽焗奄仔蟹
- 上湯焗龍蝦
隨餐附上魚湯、清炒時菜和生果。

食物份量充足,質素也不俗,
兩尾養青班出奇的有魚味,
清蒸火候也拿捏得相當準確,
重皮奄仔蟹是瘦了點,但比吃黃油蟹划算得多,
鮑魚質感佳,只嫌有輕微電油味,
至於龍蝦,我還是喜歡炸麵,「碼另上」的做法,
而聖子皇和瀨尿蝦也是常見菜式,做得穩妥,
在萬人斬的鯉魚門,這套餐算是經濟實惠了。

以前都係有熟人先去食,近呢幾年都冇去過!

I always go to Lee Yue Mun to a same restaurant. In fact, if there are 6 or more in a group, I would tend to order a big fish like 杉斑 or 虎斑 at about 4 to 5 catty in weight to serve 炆骨 and 炒球. It is a luxury to have all the fish meat with thick skin (you need to ask them to save the skin) pile up half a foot high on the plate!

I also order 重皮奄仔蟹 every time too! The owner said it is same quality as the 黃油蟹 but at a fraction of price!

Most of the time, other dishes can be ordered in regular seafood restaurant in town.
