Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon is the unsung hero used to be the king. Inky colour hard to see through (don't forget it is a 7 year-old wine), luxurious blackcurrant and mulberry fruits exploding from the glass … tannins are fined by age; the wine is at its top balance. Bravo!
